May 2005 found Patty and Tom in Scotland. Tom spent a week attending the Bruichladdich Academy – working at the Distillery, learning about single malt whiskey, and making new friends. Patty spent the the week in Edinburgh where she did a little work and spent time with friends Jacqui and April. Then she headed to Islay to spend time with Tom and new friends. Before returning home, Patty and Tom returned to Edinburgh for a few a couple of nights.
