Edinburgh was a two-parter. While Tom was learning about distilling whisky from Jim McEwan at Bruichladdich, Patty spent a few rainy days wandering Edinburgh on her own. After joining Tom on Islay, they returned to a sunnier Edinburgh and spent time with the McKinlays and the McKinleys before heading home.
