The 3rd annual Hudson Holiday Party before Tom’s eggnog really became infamous and the it became a reason for attending. It was the first ornament exchange—guests brought a wrapped ornament and went home with something new and different. Admittedly, Patty padded the basket to make sure everyone took something home.
